Assist floor with staffing/collecting temp agency headcounts for Primary dept. and acquire headcount via email from leadership for all other depts.

Order staffing for next day production based on headcounts provided by leadership

Daily walk through the production floor for attendance checks, validating employee staffing and area/line assignments comply to staffing roster while checking to ensure no unassigned associates are on the production floor.

Assist leadership with a brief introduction and assignment of new hires.

Publish initial staffing headcount for Operations depts. via email to leadership and Onsites within first two hours of shift

Collect sign-in sheets from production areas or Leads within first two hours of shift start.

Use Temp Agency’s On-Premise reports and full-time attendance rosters to cross reference against sign in sheets and Pelyco system

Work in conjunction with other area Trainers, Subject Matter Experts and Leadership to ensure appropriate staffing of new hires is done in a timely manner

Monitor assigned area(s) at shift start for new associates to avoid staffing and training delays

Provide feedback to leadership on status of new hires

Provide feedback to Agency Onsites regarding discrepancies with On-Premise reports and Employees not signed in or not located

Ability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance required
