Performed Site Supervision over all trades for the Renovation of Studio through Four Bedroom Apartments

These apartment renovations consisted of selective demo, new rough-in,through finish work with all electrical and plumbing work, also Thru-Wall Masonry work was performed for the installation of new Air Conditioners.

Cabinet Reconfiguration and Relocation was performed in coordination with the installation of new kitchen and bathroom fixtures along with new upgraded appliance’s installed in the Kitchen’s & Bathroom’s as per plans.

This 11,000 Unit Complex was tenant occupied, and the use of dust remediation equipment and clean-rooms, were under constant vigilance to keep these measures in place, during the entire course of the remodel, especially during demolition and the sanding of any surface. (Drywall, Floor refinishing and all prep work to achieve level 4 and level 5 finishes).

Following up on all crews at all locations was a must on a daily basis.

Other responsibilities Including. the handling of plumbing & gas inspections with the NYC / DOB Plumbing Inspectors, with the presence of the Licensed Plumber.

Provided all punch-list item lists needing to be addressed by all sub-contractor trades who performed the unit renovations.

Provided Apartment Completion and Sign-off Package via "Raken Report" to our in house Project Managers and to the Property Management Team.

Contributed to successful completion of retail commercial construction projects.

Capable of performing and running retail, commercial and residential carpentry build-outs, repair and maintenance work. Capable of supervising all trades in order to deliver client projects on time and passing all rough and finish work and all trade inspectors, in order to obtain and solidify the Certificate of Occupancy for the client to occupy their dwellings on a residential project. Or to be able to open for business, when working in a Commercial / Retail setting. In addition to this P.M. / Site Super work, I also prepared scheduling for up to a dozen employees on a daily basis via company P.O.'s sent to me via email from internal P.M.'s. in some cases the size of these jobs, determined how much time and personnel would be needed to complete these maintenance repairs along with deciding on job safety, and whether it would be best to perform these scopes of work could be completed during day while the store was open or if it would be best to perform and complete this various repair work after store hours.
