Between October 2021 and January 2022 I was not em- ployed. ( I was taking a break and lived off savings for a few months)

* Metro West Portland, Oregon from 2002-2004 ( Moved to Reno) In this position I was a 911 dispatcher for Fire and Medical.
* Housing Authority Portland, Oregon from 1999-2002 ( The city had closed my position due to budget cuts)
I was an Officer for the City of Portland, my job was too patrol and respond to any emer- gency or non Emergency situation, I had over 10 property I over saw. Tim Bentley
On May 10th, 2000, I was not in the right state of mind I was very depressed, there was a bridge and under the bridge is the freeway as I started climbing the fence and as I was getting my leg over to jump I heard a males voice yelling for me to get down from there, which I disregarded and I kept trying to get my leg over the fence. I felt some- one tugging on my shirt trying to pull me down from the fence as I was screaming I wanted to die as I tried to break free. I was arrested for being a danger to my self, It took me 15 years to write this to the person that saved my life, Thank You Officer Tim Bentley.

When I called 911 one night and I was screaming at the 911 dispatcher that I needed help as I was
screaming at him on the phone, somehow in a very
calm patient voice asked what he could help me with, In Hysterics I had explained that my father wasn’t responding or breathing. In a calm and nurturing
voice he had calmed me down so he could give me
CPR instruction after about 2 minutes of doing CPR my father started breathing again. I have filed a civil- ian request to American Medical Response for the
nomination for the the life saving medial. ( Which he received in 2014) Thank You Tim Bentley from the
