Work Experience:
2022 Aeris Holding Costa Rica at the beginning as Protocol Coordinator, Tasks: supervise the all the passenger’s distance, used masks correctly, vaccinations cards, insurance, scanned all that thing about health code or QR code. After that as an Administrative Assistant at the Identification office, answering income calls, outcalls, customer service, achieve files, made files, looked for any solutions for card identifications into the airport, access codes, and more.
2019 I made my professional practice at Unilever S.A for 3 months, I was an Office Administrator in two departments with all the editions of documents, saved them, and also created in Word and Excel new documents. Entry data to the list of databases in excel about all the personal security products in the company. Also, I made all the inventory about all the personal security products, because they need it to add codes to each of them and created the new documents that ll replace the old ones with all the codes that I mentioned before.
2016 I did a little university project at AyA in Pavas San José for 6 months and my duties saved, creating, editing documents, and customer service like a receptionist at the same time, creating new achieve files and saving them correctly. 2015-2017 I was an assistant in the secretary department for two years and a half at the Editorial of Universidad Nacional (EUNA) it was called collaborate hours. I added information about book names, CDs, journals, education books, fairy tales, and others. References:
