I was Administrative Assistant to the Director of Personal Care, I was in charge of all the residents charts, downloaded all information into our system to update charts. Charges and billing for each month needed to be documented and transfered to our billing department. Took care of all incoming calls, delivered mail and also was the greeter for all visitors and have directions when needed. I worked with our marketing department and did tours of rooms for potential residents and families. I worked with our director when having new admissions by having all the paperwork prepared for her for signatures of the resident or family and the director, also all insurance information that was needed and all other cards and took photos of the resident.
