‘Tata Realty & Infrastructure Ltd.’ (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) 15 October 2007 – 22 October 2019 (12 yeas) - Retired I had start, finished and handover TCS Garima IT Park (SEZ) project at Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat state. This mega project having a total construction area of 16,00,000 sq.ft. (including basement) and covers 25.5 acres of land. The cost of project was Rs. 510 crores. The whole project has finished on “Design and Build” basis. The next was Completion and handing over of ‘TCS IT Park, MIHAN – SEZ’ project at Nagpur, Maharashtra state. This mega-project covers total plot area 23,48,319 square feet (53.91 acre) with Phase I, a total construction built-up area 1062245 sq.ft. with budget project cost approximate is Rs.590 crores. The project has been awarded on “Item Rate” basis.

Another mega project, I had completed our own developing Mixed-Use mega Project, ‘Capital Heights’ a Residential Apartments and Retail Mall in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The project comprises total development 15,85,151 sq.ft. which included both Residential Tower – 4 nos. and Retail Mall. The residential tower comprises area of 6,32,856 sq.ft. This development shall constitute four towers with ground + 18/20 storied (two towers of each type). Balance area of Mixed- Use Retail. The total completed actual cost was 391 cr. After handing over all above project, finally I had deputized on ‘Tata Power Residential project located at Chembur, Mumbai. The total plot area 25,000 sq.mt. for SRA slum and Sales. Phase I, construction of 22 storied Two towers with a total construction built-up area appx. 6,50,245 sq.ft. with budgeted project cost approximate is Rs.385 crores. The project has been awarded on “Item Rate” basis. Responsibilities: not limited to the following.

1) Manage and oversee project to ensure that they meet corporate goal for safety, quality, schedule, budget and profitability on day to day basis.

2) Coordinates the implementation of the constructability review program during the design and construction phases of the project.

3) Maintain regular communication with Construction Manager, Project team, Clients, Architect, designers, traders and all other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of construction activities . 4) Attended regular monthly review meetings with client, appraising progress and highlighting issues; offering and implementing tangible solutions to issues raised. 5) Manage, Review and Comment on:

This project was awarded by Ministry of Works, Bahrain to Nass Contracting/Burhan International and was estimated at 49,248,171 Bahrain Dinars. Responsibilities: not limited to the following

1) Full on-site project execution & quality control responsibility of precise structures. 2) Monitored, planned & implemented various activities as per contract specifications. 3) Regular follow up on the work progress to ensure adherence to schedule and to ensure their turn out high- quality work that approved project schedule.

This project involved construction of a 24-story high-rise residential tower located in the heart of Mumbai, India. The building was approximately 170 m. high, had a floor plate up to 48m X 46m in plan and two basement level. The building also contained a series of five themed garden and terraces and was designed as a private residence. The total built-up area was 5,38,200 sq.ft.

Responsibilities: not limited to the following

1) Understands and executes the project, employing the ‘Project Execution Plan’ developed in the proposal stage and expanding it to be effective and in compliance with requirements for each project phase. 2) Demonstrates command of the schedule goals, key milestones, and approach to the work embodied in the schedule.

The second project was construction of heavy foundation for vessel, compressor house, precast pipe rack along with precast column and beam, substation, tank form foundation and miscellaneous work for ‘M/S Reliance Industries Ltd.’ located at Rasayani, Maharashtra state, India. The third project was the construction of ‘Cold Roll Mill’ for ‘M/S TATA Special Steel Ltd.’ at Tarapur, Maharashtra state, India. This project was executed by Gammon India Limited in co-operation with M/S Fortschritte Landmaschinen of G.D.R. as the prime contractor. The 30,000ton grain silos were constructed using ‘Interform Slip-form technology’ from Sweden.
