From years spent as an auto technician, to servicing lift trucks, managing maintenance crews and developing and training best practice teams, to successful designing, building, and installing equipment for different companies and production lines, training and overseeing teams to operate and properly maintain equipment. Selected Accomplishments
Implemented top-notch safety program. Took large part in changing the culture of the plant employees. Built best practice team to build, install, support equipment, and implemented maintenance upgrades for 5 plants. Best Practice Team was directed by myself to implement continuous improvement upgrades and set example for culture. Donated time and resources to the City of Middleton to help with our employee’s community engagement. I was responsible for training and managing the team while completing two million dollars in projects per year for each plant. Our time was divided between Middleton WI, Dallas TX, Philadelphia PA, and Orlando FL. Assisted local maintenance employees to improve planned maintenance in each plant. Hire and support engineers for other locations to maintain their plants. Studied process bottlenecks and calculated payback for projects. Designed and built production equipment in house that set new standards in our industry while cutting labor costs and downtime.

Managed all aspects of production and facility maintenance for plants located in Janesville WI, Fort Worth TX, Clackamas OR, and Dover NH. Targeted down equipment and reoccurring breakdowns to improve downtime cost and increased production cycle time by improving equipment reliability. On reoccurring equipment back downs, I designed, built, and installed equipment that was reliable and budget sensitive. Trained in-house maintenance crew on how to maintain the entire shredding system without outside technical support. This alone raised production capabilities by 20%- 30%.
