• Greet and assist students, parents, staff and any visitor warmly and in a professional manner, Maintain appropriate visitor documentation.

• Type and distribute school correspondence including letters, memos, and weekly newsletters.

• Answer busy phone lines, provide answers, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member.

• Assist in receiving and organizing supplies and materials.
