§ Airworthiness Release Qualified Technician
§ Servicing (Refuel, Oil, Hydraulics, Nitrogen, Grease, Shock Strut)
§ Engine Checks Removal and Installation of parts (Oil, Fuel Hydraulic Filters)
§ Engine and APU starter removal Installation
§ Interpret Schematic Drawings, Wiring Diagrams and Prints
§ Performs routine and non routine checks
§ Performs Disassembly, Removal, Installation, Troubleshooting, rework, repair and adjustment of various aircraft parts.
§ Aircraft refueling (B747-200/300/400, B767-200/300, 777, 757, A330, DC10, B737)
§ Brakes and tire assemblies removal and installation
§ Carries out Aircraft Test and Inspection task to standard
§ Fully Identify and Record any defects or damaged per approved maintenance procedure
§ Complies with Aircraft maintenance Manual
§ Performs engine run up and safety procedures for B747-400 and 767-200/300
§ Assists in Borescope inspection procedures
§ Performs marshalling and aircraft towing
§ Performs A & B checks
§ Apply MEL,CDL,WDM,SSM AMM Manuals
§ Performs turn around checks on Japan Airlines & United Airlines
§ Performs arrival and departure coverage.
§ Pre flight and Post flight checks
§ Prepares and performs scheduled Maintenance according to assigned task cards and ensure that required documents, tools and parts are obtained.
