HYDROTESTING
Review the all required documents of Test Package Like- Weld Map, Test Limit, P & ID Drawing, Welding, NDT, PWHT Reports, pressure & temp. Gauge & transmitter calibration certificates and ITRS.
Line walks with client of tested line before to hydro test & prepares the Punch list.
Before to Test Check the all reports is acceptable& signed off, all calibration certificates have valid date, physically conditions of all instrument & equipment is fit for use & within range of required pressure & temp.
During The test continuous monitoring that the testing is as per procedure, pressure is maintain & there is no pressure drop, record the Pressure & Temp Gauge readings at regular interval
After testing check there is no leakage in tested line, the dewatering method is as per procedure, review the Pressure-Temp. Chart & Make sure that it‘s as per required & acceptable.
MATERIAL
Inspect the various material phycally, dimensally & as per client specification/standards& make sure that it fullfill the all requirments of refer documents.
Review the all relative documents of material like approved vendor list,PO,Delivery Note, Packing list, shipyard documents, MTC, Certificates of Origin, GA Drawing & confirm that these documents arecorrect & have tracebility with material.
Countinous monitoring the material storage condition & do confirm that material storage is as per approved procedure & acceptable conditions.
Raise RFI &get clearance from client to release the material for to use at site.
WORK COMPELETION (GOC)
Coordinate with client, arrange & Review the work pack as per discipline (Mechanical, Piping, Structure, Equipment & Vessels etc.)
Prepare & review the ITR’s as per activity like-fit up & welding, installation, line walk down, Hydro testing, flushing, cleaning, joint integrity, reinstatement, Painting & coating, marking & stenciling etc.
Review the all drawing of, structure, Piping like-P&I, ISO & to confirm are in updated revision.
Review the all reports those will be submitted along with test pack like-material inspection, fit up & welding, NDT, Painting & coating, grouting, flange management, MC1, SH1, DMC1 & to make sure that these are correct & signed off by Client/TPIA.
Raise the RFI for final inspection to client & Offer the All completed ITRS to client to signed off & closed out.

COATING INSPECTION
Document review like standard, procedure, qualification of coating operator, MTC, equipment calibration certificates, onsite calibration for coating thk. Gauge, holiday detector, digital contact thermometer.
Material inspection like abrasive, epoxy primer, 3LPE sleeve etc.
Before blasting check & confirm the Pipe clearance from mill for coating activity, pipe surface condition free from defect, dent, oil grease or any impurities, bevel end, ambient condition like temp, humidity, dew point, surface temp, blasting material, preparation grade as per ITP.
After blasting check & confirm there is no surface imperfection, damage or defect. surface roughness & cleanness as per ITP, witness & confirm the dust & salt contamination test & specified value, pipe surface coating temp. before & during the application of primer epoxy, pipe rotation speed w.r.t the FBE.
During the FBE application check the pipe surface Temp. Visual inspection & WFT Value of epoxy prime, proper positioning of sleeve during wrapping.
After the coating check & confirm the quenching temp., Coating visual free from demage, wrinkle,air gap, final coting thk., holiday test & Peel test as per approved procedure/ITP.
Witness for lab test of coating material as PQT, first day production and daily sample test.
