Duties and Responsibilities: -
Preparation of civil constructions drawings,
Preparation tender, construction, Architectural and Structural, interior design drawings.
Updating drawing as per consultant requirements,
Preparation and plotting of plans. As built drawings coordinating with Engineers and other drafting Sections for preparation of drawings, Preparation of As Built Drawing CMW Standard.
Preparation of GIS As Built drawings For Abu dhabi Municipality, Preparation Architectural plan, section, Elevation, Site plan, Location plan, Drawings etc. per requirement,
Preparing Preliminary Architectural Drawings with Rules and Standards, Calculating the Area, etc.
Preparation of Shop Drawing for Drainage, Storm Water, Water Supply, Fire Fighting, Split AC Drawings. Under Supervision of Mechanical Engineers.
Verification of the accuracy of the shop drawings submitted by the contractor for site implementation;
Checking coordinates, potential conflicts and levels of all proposed utilities submitted by the Contractor;
Prepare shop drawings/sketches such as layout, sections, profiles and construction details for additional works and variations to be issued to the Contractor for implementation on site;
Calculating volumes of bulk excavated, filled and stock piled materials and quantify and checking total area of asphalt pavement to assist the Quantity Surveyors with the validating of the Contractor’s submissions; Assist with the verification of the accuracy of survey data provided by the Contractor; including measurements and calculations conducted; Maintain records of surveys, including the shape, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features; Plotting of field data of approved variations into AutoCAD for as-built purposes; and, Verification of the as- built drawings supplied by the Contractor.
