•Advising the Departmental Head any issues not listed,but relevant to streamline the smooth in and outflow of company`s tickets as they are being received from the field.

•Reporting both excesses and shortages from the monitors at the end of the day`s business to operations with copy to Project Accountant and Project Manager.

•Together with Departmental Head to prepare weekly reports, number of tickets being collected for the Project Managers review.

•Tally all information generated into both daily and monthly analysis books; and forwarding such information / reports to the Project Manager relating to both stickers and tickets returned.

•The incumbent together with the Departmental Head shall from time to time consult with the Project Manager the period when to shred or destroy tickets received in the Verification Department from all different sources namely; the monitors and cashiers.

•The incumbent will physically serialize the stickers given to him /her by the Head Verification and at no single date, will stickers be allowed to spend a night in the Verification Department.

•Perform any other duties in the Verification Department as demand may arise.
