Experience Summary:

Possess twelve years of experience in BPO industry (two years in FIC, three years in Core logic and seven years with Cognizant), from 17th March, 2008 to 2011 with Core logic and from 2011 to 2019 worked with Cognizant as Sr. Process Associate.

Working for American Clients and dealing with data validation & analysis for COGNIZANT. The process is all about providing back end services for many mortgage banks in US on the residential properties, with the information of the property tax as per the tax payment cycle. This information is procured by contacting the respective tax collectors and tax collecting agencies in US either through phone, various tax information websites or fax .

From November 2016 to Feb 2017 worked with AMEX Client (Related to Amex Business Cards) Text Enhancements for the pages of Amex Business Cards, Making changes according to Mockups given by Client, after changes need to port the information in the Client Application.

From march 2017 to July 2018 worked with Caliber account related to Mortgage.

From Jan 2019 to July 2020 worked with Raymond James Client related to KYC.

From Dec. 2020 to till date working with FAI as Trainer.
