Along with these duties my time was also shared with the Trust team as they found me to be a valuable multi-tasker and was willing to take on the extra responsibility. It saved them from hiring an additional employee and I enjoyed the change of scenery throughout the day. I took this position on as temporary employment while my Subway endeavor was in process. It was initially a 4 month project but I was then asked to stay on for an additional 3 months until I was ready to go away to Subway University.

As a Company System Administrative Coordinator for UFP I had multiple duties. Some of these duties included requesting and verifying the set-up of system users, product codes, locations, terminations, and lumber lengths for approximately 60 of our lumber plants. I also checked and reported on the completion of online training courses, monitored the internal control checklist for each plant, and performed sku and A/R maintenance. On top of that I traveled to different states to set up computer systems for new plants.
While holding this position I also took on the responsibility of helping the Executives handle our Home Depot account information, a job for which they were going to hire someone else to do but knew I could handle on top of my regular job duties. Before leaving there was talk of me moving up to the Executive floor and doing this full time. I left this position to move to Rhode Island where my family was.
