Introduction

I am Shah Ali Bhatti S/O Yaqoob Bhatti, I am from Pakistan with holding the nationality of Pakistan and My National Identity Card Number is CNIC 41504-0371375-1, I am Married and have 4 Kids, I was Working as a private worker in different position in my life, I am 33 years old now and because of pandemic I lost my jobs and its really hard to find a job in this huge population country that I belong,

A man without a sound career planning is like a ship without the radar. It drifts and ultimately sinks down in the deep ocean. But unlike my father, who is a mason, I myself feel a little interest in this profession. Though it is the best profession but one’s interest and aptitude differ. I myself wants to be a Civil servant to serve my people in my best capacity.

I am very much inspired from my maternal uncle who is the chief of police force. That truly inspires me so as I myself want to serve my nation by being a good civil servant. One’s future can be determined by what one has achieved today or what one is doing today. A man who dreams only for future and does nothing for tomorrow can be best named as lazy and the pathetic person.

In that way, I dislike myself being called as a man without a vision and castle maker in sky. I do work for what I dream. So far, I have proved myself being the best one in all fields like in academic, extracurricular and in personal domains. All of this success, hard work, dedication, determination is truly credited to my parents who have made this possible for me.

Successes and failures are closely associated with one’s achievements and losses. One who achieves anything today has lost a thing yesterday. There is no completely successful man without the mixture of both failures and successes. That is to say, I failed a dozen of times. But, every failure made me stronger ever.

My family, especially my mother, has been the much source of encouragement and motivation for me. That is why I myself am a truly self-inspired, strengthened and dedicated fellow today. I have learnt a lot from my mistakes and from my failures. I never regard my failure as a curse rather an opportunity to improve and to improvise.

What I myself regard life is a total pot of opportunities. One has to harness one’s skills and abilities to the maximum of one’s capacity. For every problem there is a solution. I regard the life as a blessing gift to humanity. One should strive hard to improve not only his lot but for his fellow beings.

The service of humanity is the best of all services. What I have learnt myself from my experience and struggles is that one should never cease working hard, be confident, positive and adoptable to all situations. The biggest success is that one becomes invincible. Only then, one can face the life in a full vigor and fullest of confidence.

Therefore, writing about myself, I’m here to express myself that what I see, what I experience and what I plan for my life is the total manifestation of what I do today. I try myself to be humble, passionate, dedicated, hardworking and honest. I deem my parents as being my best mentors. I have learnt the real meaning and worth of life from my parents. I am with a happy, focused and hardworking family. That is definitely the greatest blessing of God for me.

In my previous job I was working as a mason and also doing supervise work, this is strenuous work. It involves standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods of time, as well as heavy lifting. Masons run the risk of injury from cuts and being struck by heavy objects, although wearing safety gear can prevent against much of this.

Even indoor work can be dusty and dirty. Outdoor work can expose you to bad weather, but much of this type of work is by necessity aborted, at least temporarily, under circumstances like heavy downpours.

You should have several essential qualities to succeed at becoming a mason.

Physical fitness: Masons must regularly lift very heavy equipment and material, such as blocks that weight more than 40 pounds. You'll have to keep up a steady pace as you lay bricks all day.

Manual dexterity: You'll have to apply smooth, even layers of mortar and quickly set bricks.

Creativity: You'll have to shape stones into attractive and functional structures.

Reading skills: You must have an ability to read and comprehend instructions including safety policies and procedure manuals.

Most jobs are full-time and often include overtime work. Schedules can be erratic during cold weather months when there isn't a lot of building taking place.

Whether you are new to the workplace or starting working on new project problems occur at work.

Figuring out how to be part of a new work culture can at times be frustrating. Get to know your co-workers by working on team projects.

It takes time to gain the trust of co-workers to get them on board with your ideas. Listen and observe before suggesting changes. Bring solutions to the table. Engage your co-workers by knowing what you are talking about. Build a reputation of being clear-headed, objective, and reasonable.

It can be difficult when you're settling into a new job and adjusting to your new responsibilities. Create a daily "to do" or goals list. Breaking down your tasks will make them seem more manageable, keep you organized, and help you to be more productive and efficient. If you are still having difficulty managing your workload, ask a coworker for advice, or speak with your supervisor to prioritize your work.

Balancing work and family life is one of the most common sources of stress for working adults. In this productivity-driven society that we are living in, more and more people are finding it hard to adequately fulfill their roles both at home and at the workplace.

More often than not, people are unable to find a point of balance between their careers and their families and one is given more priority than the other. This behavior has been associated with a number of dysfunctional outcomes—strained familial relationships, inefficiency at work, and poor physical and mental health.

I used to think that I was the only one who could solve my work versus family life conundrum. However, over time I realized that there is no way for me to get things right if I only rely on my perspective. Since then, I’ve made it a point to have discussions with my family regarding their perceptions, opinions, and even objections to my work and how much I’m focusing on it.

These discussions opened my eyes to a lot of things and made me more aware of the issues that I needed to improve. I also made sure that the entire family understood my obligations and responsibilities at work. Thus, there was also more understanding on their part.

Once you spend time conversing and allow your family to have a say in how you’re tackling the balance between work and family in your life, you’ll find they have a lot of helpful feedback. Also, when they feel heard, they will react better when you have to stay late at work one evening or have to leave the dinner table early to finish a big project. Make sure the communication flows constantly.

It is important that we create boundaries between work and family. This means determining which actions are acceptable and unacceptable. Boundaries hold the line to protect your work from the distraction of family, as well as to protect your family from the obligations at work. With clear boundaries, it is easier for you to tell when your action is not in favor of one aspect of your life.

For example, you and your family may set a rule that no one is allowed to use a cell phone at the table. This will help your older children, but it will also help you avoid taking work calls during family time.

This can be difficult, but it may be a necessary step to help your family feel like a priority and draw a firm line between work and home.

Learning how to balance work and family life isn’t easy. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every person and family must find specific solutions to their issues depending on their own preferences and needs.

Essentially, a balance between work and family occurs when a person is able to sufficiently meet family commitments and adequately perform responsibilities at work. There is nothing wrong with working hard to get ahead, but don’t forget the worth of the things and people that really matter most.

Thus, it is a fact that setting an aim and acting to achieve it is very important for a successful life. Everyone must start working towards it. Timely execution of an action plan with a proactive attitude is the key to success. One of the best ways to stay motivated is by visualizing the change and likewise by achieving step by step milestones.
