Responsibilities
• Management of patients along with my nephrology team
• Perform biopsy for specific indications
• Provide care to patients enrolled in regular dialysis unit
• Assessment of acute kidney injury, acute glomerulonephritis and chronic kidney disease patients.
• Provide critical care to patients presenting with uremic encephalopathy, acute kidney injury due to various causes including pregnancy related cause
• Pass double lumen to critical patients for ignition of Hemodialysis and volume status assessment
• Manage glomerulonephritis, we have a huge pool of biopsy proven GNs of almost all types especially membranous, FSGS, MCD and lupus being very common among others.
• Manage pregnancy related AKI including cases of microangiopathic haemolytic anemia, acute cortical necrosis, septic and ischemic ATN.
