MANAGEMENT

Frequently review errors that associates make and retrain as needed to ensure associates are familiar with most accurate way to register patients, verify insurance, etc. Will remind if issue is a recurring problem to discuss what associate needs to succeed.

COMMUNICATION

Correct insurance errors, verify insurance, obtain and attach orders
