the important operation of all the electrical and electronic equipment on-board the Vessel, specifically the Soehanah Jack-up Cyber Rig built in PPL, Singapore. The position was required to report to the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) and Rig Superintendent, and required to work as a team with the maintenance crew including Chief Mechanic and Chief Electrician. The rig was built in PPL in Singapore. Performed maintenance of highly computerized operation and automation of the Drilling Control System, Vessel Management Systems, and Power Management Systems including power plant. They were all interconnected through fiber optical networking system, sharing data and operation with mostly separate system made by individual OEM of the machines. With its state-of-the-art J-lay tower, upgraded dynamic positioning capability and fast ballasting system, the Saipem 7000 semisubmersible crane vessel has the capacity to handle the entire workscope of offshore construction developments worldwide, encompassing pipe-laying in water depths greater than 2,000 m and heavy lift operations up to 14,000 tons. Responsibility.

As electronic technician and electrical engineer, we are being task of the day to day responsibility of the smooth, safe operation and proactive maintenance of the electronics and electrical equipment on the vessel, directly reporting to Rig Offshore Installation Manager (OIM). Conducted reports and filled the requirements of the AMOS maintenance and procurement software. Manage maintenance office functions. Planned ahead jobs and equipment maintenance program. Collected data, defined problems, established facts and drawn valid conclusions to solve problems arises.The Class 3 Dynamic Positioning system of 12 thrusters have 4 x 4,500kWatt aft propulsion azimuthing units, 4 x 3000kWatt forward retractable azimuthing units, 2 x 5,500kWatt forward retractable azimuthing units, and 2 x 2,500kWatt tunnel thrusters. Diligently, maintained the Vessel Management System in the bridge, controlling all thrusters and operators chair. The ballast system is a computer controlled system with simulation capabilities comprising 4 x 6,000 tons/h ballast pumps, 40 ballast tanks total of 83,700 cu. m, 14 rapid ballast tanks total of 26,000 cu. m. Lifting capacities with 2 twin 7000 tons fully revolving bow mounted American Hoist cranes. 14,000 tons main block tandem lift and additional auxiliary hoist. Presented proactive maintenance of the power plant that has a total of 70,000 kWatts in 10,000Volts design, with 12 diesel generators on heavy fuels divided in 6 fire segregated engines, all managed by the Power Management System based in the engine control room. Installed J-lay system has the capacity of 4in to 32in pipe diameter. Oversaw maintenance of the Abandon/Recovery system double capstan winch with 750 tons to 2,000 tons with clamps capacity. Accomplished the installation of the additional 2 x 5.8 kWatts diesel engine-generator set in port and starboard of the intermediate deck of the vessel. Diagnosed and decided the replacement of the old SCR system of the Thrusters to ABB VFD ACS800with AC motors 5,500kWatt, 7300HP. Using the advance AMOS system software for the maintenance of the vessel, we never had break down, and we strictly adhered to the safety policy of the company. We performed and conducted the installations and start-up commissioning of the equipment in the platforms, such as, chiller units, generating sets Gas Engines or Heavy Oil Engines, Control Room activation and commissioning, fire and gas detection system, Platform Management System like SCADA, and DCS, mostly in the optical network communication system in high speed connectivity onshore control unit. Implemented the directions from Project Managers as per planned in the Primavera assisted program of works. Page 5
