County Medical Director January 2014- Present

As the County Medical Director of Pinellas County Department of Health, Human Services I planned and executed the program unifying the primary care, dental and mental health services for the indigent population. I was also instrumental in improving the delivery of care on Mobile Medical Unit. My contributions resulted in providing efficient care without an additional impact on the County's budgetary and personnel resources.

As Director of Primary Care Medical Services, I was responsible to oversee the delivery of medical services. My duties involved both providing primary clinical services as well as administrative responsibilities. Under my supervision clinical activities were reorganized and now are focused on adult health programs, Early Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT), and acute and chronic care disease early diagnosis and treatment. This reorganization has promoted more efficient administration and efficient delivery of clinical services.

Served as a primary care physician. Duties included all aspects of clinical practice including oversight and supervision of physicians and nursing staff.

Owned and operated a Private clinical practice providing primary care to adults and seniors.

Owned and provided primary clinical care. Attended to the patients of all ages, though the practice was focused primary on adult and senior patients' care. As the owner of the building, renovated the structure to meet the growing needs of additional office-based practices.
