Ethics & Compliance Manager – Trading Division Chicago, IL & London, UK

• Primary business consists of trading commodities for oil products such as gasoline and diesel including low carbon trading.

• This role serves as an underlying support function for commercial activities, helping to define scale, innovation, and forward-thinking strategy.

• Developed a thorough project planner to support the ethics and compliance team’s prioritization and organization.

• Delivered compliance support for the company’s transition to more sustainable bio-fuels, helping to coordinate ethics oversight during partnership planning with agricultural companies in pursuit of ethically sound bio-fuel generation.

• Supported 2 separate business lines, adapting exceptionally well to balancing broad responsibilities and demonstrating an aptitude for fast-paced and ever-changing fields like the trading business.
