• Observing shipping market, port situation, and customs rules by keeping contact with port & customs peoples for easing the shipment schedules

• Right follow ups of all the shipments and maintaining records of all the shipments. Effective communication with Int. suppliers to avoid obstruction in all the segments of the logistics like confirming Inco-Terms, advising about the preparation shipping documents according to the destination customs requirements, connecting with forwarder’s counterpart at the origin in case of FOB.
