EXPERIENCE March 2020 to Present
Sanderson Macleod
Quality Control Inspector. Inspect brushes for imperfections
pertaining to measurements and visual defects. Measurements
that have to adhere to F.D.A. requirements and client needs.
These are found by using calipers, micrometers, rulers, and
comparators. These brushes are used in the medical, military,
law enforcement and the beauty industries. Fill out forms and
enter data in the computer system when there are flaws.
Work closely with mechanics to discuss the problems and how
to correct them. Keeping the operators of the machines aware
of any problems. If need be asking them to shut down their
machines until problem is resolved. Problem solving is always
involved. Using math and forecasting any future issues that
may arise. Use a fiber counter to see if the correct amount of
fibers are filled into the brush. Have trained for internal
auditor. Keep areas cleaned.
September 2019 to March 2020

Flex Industry. Assembly of medical product. This work was
performed in a clean room environment. On a production line
you got to perform at different stages of it and run all the
machines. Therefore knowledge of tasks was necessary. And a
need to get along with others was extremely important.
Keep the surrounding areas very clean. Neat appearance was
essential.

Dymotec Industry. Machine operator and team member when it
came to certain task. Fast pace environment. Package the
products and run the machine at the same time. Also look after
7 stages of one machine while keeping the supply hoppers full.
Fixing machines and putting them back online. Printing
customer logos on the products. Do re-works, keep robot busy,
other machines running and let mechanics know of any problems
with the machines. Keep are clean.

Express Employment
Country Pure Foods. Machine operator and Juice Blender. Run
the polypak machine. Keep the bottles flowing through the
production lines. Clear any jams that may happen. Operate the
vacuum picker for the placement of the cups in their boxes
for shipment to the customer. Build full pallets for the
customers. Do re-works in a cold environment. Replace broken
juice cups for customers, operate bottle dispenser, watch for
labels and coded information on dispenser and carton supply
full for machines. Blend juices according to recipes. This was
done by determining how much of fruits for thousands of
gallons in the tanks. Lots of physical work, know how to hook up
hoses to the panel that would run the juice, help the tanker
driver empty out the orange juice. Had to follow E.P.A. rules
for this. Work in the lab to determine if the ph level was
correct for each type of juice. This was accomplished by a
mathematical formula. Drive fork truck to the cooler
to gather the different types of fruit barrels. Break medal
seal with a pneumatic chisel. Load empty barrels in a trailer.
Weigh ingredients, sanitize used empty tanks, use computer to
turn on agitators in full tanks and keep area clean.
October 2017 to March 2018
Staffmark Agency
Advance Auto Parts Distribution Center. Reclamation and
Inventory Control Departments. Sort through products that
were used as returns in the stores and place them in their
proper bins. Operate hand held devices to accomplish this.
These products were oily and greasy. And sometimes heavy.
Conveyor lines would need to be unjammed. Not afraid of
heights to climb ladders for this task. Set up gaylords to
use to return products to different departments. Fill orders
coming in from stores. Use Red Prairie Program for inventory
control. Do internal audits and check outgoing orders for
precise products. Knowledge of their different products was
highly important. How to run a bailor was useful when breaking
down boxes.
April 2017 to August 2017

ELG Utica. Quality Inspector. Inspect chunks of metal for
defects. Pay very close attention to this task because these
pieces of titanium would be melted down to be used in airplane
engines. Did not want to be responsible for a plane going down
due to poor metal quality. Had to be aware of the different
qualities of metals. Used a form of an Xray gun to determine the
proprieties of metals. And know what their chemical symbols
from the chemical table were. Write up information about the
bins for traceability purposes.
Am bilingual and have a forktruck license.
