Since May’21 till date – Executive -Logistics/Finance with Hisense Middle East Fzc (DMCC) Responsibilities

• Coordinating Import to Jebel Ali from China & Direct Export Shipment from China to Various GCC Countries.

• Freight Invoice Audit for ( 10-15 active vendors) for Approx. 100-150 Invoice including warehousing / storage / Transportation / Duty / Local Clearance Invoice.

• Executing Monthly billing in SAP for approx. 50 Million USD

• Coordinating with all divisions ( Home Appliance’s, Air conditioners, TV ) to Submit Letter of Credit Documents on daily basis ( Approx. volume of LC's 100-120 per month)

• Responsible to upload of LC documents on CITI bank portal.

• Responsible to submit documents with local banks ( Al Masraf, Dubai Islamic,HSBC)

• Coordinating to solve Discrepancy occurs with respective settlement

• Assisting the Commercial team in all aspects of procurement and logistics from requirement analysis to cargo delivery • Deciding the best mode of shipment and vendor based on priorities, supervising the entire movement end-to-end • Sourcing the best freight charges from vendors and nominating freight forwarder based on price and time targets and service quality • Preparing shipping documents, letters of credit, approvals for all back to back shipment from various factories to customers.
