Building/property maintenance for multiple rental units with a rotating on-call schedule. There were always unexpected, last minute deadlines to meet, which were always achieved on time and successfully. Duties include (but aren't limited to):

Job duties included but weren't limited to:
• Encouraging employees to maintain machine speeds to meet or exceed expected hourly rates on the production floor.
• Locating and delivering materials as needed per machine. In order to do this, I had to know the warehouse and its layout, how things were or weren't inventoried in the racks, check product codes per customer specifications and the work orders.
• Prepare for upcoming jobs by gathering and staging the materials needed in order to keep things flowing and avoid any unneeded downtime.
• Changing over machines quickly per customer specifications found each jobs work order.
• Preventative maintenance for inserting, folding and printing machines.
• Communicating with the other shift leaders as to how machines were running, what change overs may be coming, material issues, etc.
• Meeting and exceeding customer mail dates.
• Loading/unloading semis. Sometimes backing trucks into the dock.
• Forklift use was basically mandatory.
• Electric and standard hand jacks were used for everything on the floor.
• Sky lifts (warehouse use)
• Computer software used to properly record machine counts.
