3. PLANNING REQUIRED IN THE JOB:
Compile internal audit schedule for Hydra Arc Group.
Compile action plans for hygiene surveys, internal and external audits.
Compile internal risk-based audit protocols as and when required.
Assist management with planning to achieve set objectives and targets. 4. DEADLINES TO BE MET:
All reports to be submitted to GES for review no later than two days after an audit has been conducted.

Compile an audit plan prior to each audit which will include scope, audit methodology and associated timelines.
Ensure the audit plan is submitted to the auditee well in advance of a specific audit taking place.
6. Conduct internal audits and assessments.
Ensure all external audit protocols used are current, latest revisions.
Ensure audit protocol used is suited to type of audit or assessment required or planned.
Ensure all audit or assessment documentation is current, latest revisions.
Ensure objectivity during the conducting of all audits and assessments.
Field verification must form part of all audits and assessments. 7. Compile a report of findings made during audits / assessments.
Ensure the correct audit report format is used.
Ensure proper language and accuracy with regard to legal references.
Ensure sampling is recorded adequately and accurately.
Ensure to include positive along with the negative findings with the former being listed first on the audit report.
Submit completed audit reports directly to the GES for review.
