During this time my responsibility was as property manager for 3 Commercial Properties and several Residential. The last five years, as CFO with Managers and Staff reporting directly to me. Also, I was responsible for the full accounting through to the CPA at tax time.

This included all reconciliations both Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss. I was also the Notary for all the properties and many times Human Relations contact. My people skills proved to be an asset to the Company.

Hanf Properties was a family owned business and closed when the Owner and President passed away.

March 2010 to October 2012 Diane Davies CPA San Rafael, California

My employment was as an Accountant for Diane Davies CPA. This firm was the accounting firm that I had worked with during the time at Hanf Properties. I had direct interaction with many clients and developed more skills depending on the nature of each business and especially enjoy reconciliations Diane passed away in October 2012 and after that I still worked with many of her clients. I also handled the Estate Accounting at the time of Diane’s passing.

January 2013 to October 2021 Remote Kelly’s Pool Service, Hercules, California

I was in charge of all the accounting up to tax filing. Working remotely from my home and acquired a whole new set of skills. My job included scheduling all appointments for the Contractor for four major Home Warranty Companies and the area of scheduling included all Santa Clara County and most of the East Bay. This made me well versed in Portals and enhanced my people skills. I do very well at customer relations and conflict resolve and enjoy the “people” interaction and being able to help out others. Kelly’s has now closed since the owner developed stage 4 cancer and an illness due to Covid 19.

PERSONAL I work from home due to a disability. My hours are very flexible and evenings and weekends are fine. No job is too big or too small.
