For the following projects, I have executed the role of Superintendent/Site Safety Officer including maintaining Quality Control information on a daily basis including the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Plan elements, such as: quality control organization, definable features of work, submittal register, QC requirements, equipment list, Daily CQC Report, QC punch list items, QC testing, transferred and installed property, and user training requirements. Additional responsibilities include conducting and supervising on-site management staff, assisting in technical submittal reviews, and on-site inspections.

The project consisted of tenant improvement to a 3,000 sq ft bakery & restaurant. Specific scope features included construction of the existing shell & removal of partial exterior walls for new store front glass & doors, new interior shear walls with new footings, framing of new kitchen & serving areas, new plumbing & sewer lines, new electrical, drywall, paint, exterior signage. Installation of all new kitchen equipment & display cabinets

The project encompassed the design build condominium conversion of 88 living units located within 11 buildings. Project specifics included reconfiguring floor plans with all new electrical & plumbing. Additional features included cabinet and granite counter top installation, underground drainage construction and 11 acres of new landscaping and irrigation.

The project encompassed the design build condominium conversion of 280 living units including floor plan reconfiguration with all new electrical & plumbing. Reconfiguration for units included new drywall installation and roof replacement. Additional features included cabinet and granite counter top installation and flooring.

STORAGE COMPLEX & TILT-UP & STREET, San Marcos, CA 2004 - 2005

Superintendent / Site Safety Supervisor ($21M)

Scope included the ground up construction of 3 buildings each consisting of 3 stories which included 1,100 storage units with (3) elevators and a 63,000 sq ft tilt-up warehouse. Additional elements included the construction of a 1.5 mile street with new underground wet & dry utilities.

TRAVIS AIRFORCE BASE, Vacaville, CA 2001 - 2003

Project scope included the demolition of 70 existing single-family military homes to be replaced with 73 new ground up constructed duplexes.
