STORAGE COMPLEX & TILT-UP & STREET, San Marcos, CA 2004 - 2005

Scope included the ground up construction of 3 buildings each consisting of 3 stories which included 1,100 storage units with (3) elevators and a 63,000 sq ft tilt-up warehouse. Additional elements included the construction of a 1.5 mile street with new underground wet & dry utilities.

Project scope included the demolition of 70 existing single-family military homes to be replaced with 73 new ground up constructed duplexes.
