PROFILE I am a dedicated individual with an eager mind to learn and gain experience. I am friendly, well spoken and have an ability to interact with people from all walks of life. I studied Public Management at EThekwini TVET college and obtained N6 certificate 2018. Then went for in-service training in social development from the 01/04/2019 till 30/09/2020. Working at social Development helped me to gain self-confidence. Improved my communication skills. I also know the importance of customer service.
