Current Work Profile (Job Responsibilities):

Plant/Utility Maintenance:

Electric line work maintenance including HT Line (11 KV Transformer, Bracer, etc.), LT Line panel board, other extension wiring and utility side maintenance.

Operation and Maintenance of DG Sets, boiler, Air Compressor, AHU (Air Handling Unit), Chiller plants, etc.

Operation, Maintenance and Installation of Green House, Shed House for agriculture production with GI structure and calculation of area power and capacity

HVAC system.

Maintenance and Operation of all utility Equipment.

Preparation and review of all utility maintenance related to daily, weekly, monthly maintenance, making its SOP, Coordinate with plant and external agency for predictive, routine maintenance and shut down maintenance in a planned manner.

Ensure the timely available AMCs with respect to PO to supplier on time.

Able to do root cause analysis and down time failure analysis.

Should have hands on experience of fire hydrant, sprinkler, smoke detector system and its maintenance.

Day- to- day monitoring for effective Power and Fuel savings without compromising the Quality.

Preparation of daily MIS report and Power fuel reports.

To plan the routine maintenance of plant equipment’s and machinery.

Repairing of equipment’s and machinery with outside standard approved vendors.

Immediate action against sudden breakdowns and mishaps of machinery and equipment’s.

Motivate maintenance boys to achieve the given target and go into deep to solve the problem.

Preparation and implementation of shift schedule for maintenance staff and worker.

Temperature, Relative Humidity & Pressure monitoring of sterile area as per SOP.

Annual Preventive maintenance of plant utility as per planning.

Ensure preventive and correctively maintenance activities are performed in a timely and efficient manner.

Buildings repairs (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)

Monitoring and controlling maintenance cost.

Good knowledge of SAP including creating indents etc.

Verify Purchase Order with Purchase officer.

Purchase materials as per requirement.

Communicate directly with the production and admin department to coordinate and repair work in production/plant and admin areas.

Liaoning work with Government departments coming under Engineering- Service. (Electrical Inspector, UGVCL department, GPCB etc).

Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

Monitors the use and inventories of spares parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates recording when necessary.

To work with other professionals, such as manufacturing system engineers and production manager, to improve productions facilities, reduce the incident the costly breakdowns, and develop safety of plant, personal and production processes.

Deal with emergency and emergency breakdowns as and when they occur.

Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment’s.

Important assignments handled:

At the time of plant commissioning verifying and clarifying and demonstrating IQ, DQ of machine to customer.

Handle the customer during factory visit.

Preparation of Monthly MIS Report

Preparation of Daily activity Report.

General correspondence with customer

Management of relevant documentation related to engineering functions, qualifications of equipment’s, building and premises so as to offer documents for audit purpose to regulatory /statutory authorities
