I have more than ** years’ work experiences in differ organizations on of Early Childhood Development (ECD), education, parenting, teacher, trainer, nutrition and Social and behavioral commination (SBC), and I have MA - in Early Childhood Education. I have been working in UNICEF – as Education Officer/ECD and lead on as expertise to develop and implement ECCE strategy and ECD framework for holistic child development. I have also coordinated and managed implementation of parenting enrichment and SBC program to promote community awareness and participation on education and ECD services. Additionally, I have worked as supervisor in World Bank - ECD project and ECD officer, responsible to manage on development and implementations of ECD Communication Strategy for integrated ECD approach in targeted communities. • Implement early learning development standards (ELDS) to monitor on the achievement basic children’s developmental domains and ECCE curriculum implementation.
