• Inspection of Raw materials as per ASME, ASTM, API Standards and confirm the material as per MTO, BOQ, Material test certificates (MTC’s).

• Provide Quality guidance to the subcontractor and construction team on any technical issues.

• Review Contractor’s method statements, QC procedures, ITP and Quality Plan and assist with establishing acceptable working practices for construction activities.

• Lead all the maintenance, shut down, tie-in and hot-tapping activities at site and to ensure compliance with quality and safety. To act safely in case of any unforeseen incidents.

• Liaise with the Construction Department before and during project execution of works to ensure that all works carried out follow the project requirements and that the workmanship is up to the required level of quality.

Handling repairs, which are identified from the radiographic interpretation. Witnessing/Monitoring of Preheating, PWHT / NDT / Hardness Test, PMI Test, Ferrite test etc. and document verification. Work in progress stage inspections includes ensuring the quality of welding during fabrication shop and erection at the site by NDT methods like RT, UT, PAUT, MPT and PT with applicable codes.
