I have a strong background in logistics/warehousing and project management in areas of social impact projects, managing income generating enterprises, agriculture, education, community developments, youth and women empowerment and livelihoods. With demonstrable leadership working with health facilities, schools, refugees, youths, women and vulnerable children and community in humanitarian organizations and companies, I consider myself an asset to your organization in this particular position.

I have very good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving acquired both through my professional training as a teacher and through leadership experience & trainings over the years of employment by different organizations. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

1. Project Manager, Kelele Africa -January 2020-To-date Kelele Africa has three core areas of operation; Education, agriculture, women empowerment and health.

i. For the 2 years I have served as a project manager, I have pioneered creation of several more projects as plans for a theory of change within Kelele Africa. These projects are water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) and income generating projects (Salon, stationer & internet café). As a 2 P a g e

result, the organization received more funding and an increase in its annual revenue. The WASH project has also reduced water borne diseases among the community and positive behavior changes improved greatly as a result of training conducted under WASH. ii. I designed a business plan and concrete marketing strategies which helped to scale up income from the three income generating projects, thus increasing on organization revenue and the services provided being cheaper increased on community household income through savings. iii. I designed Kumwenya School programme under the theory of change process; this documented clear means of administration, staff recruitment, pupil enrolment process, teaching methodology which streamlined the strategic goal for Education as well as improved learning. iii. I developed a School questionnaire for the community which helped to assess the level of community engagement into school programme and this led to increased community/parent involvement in school, pupil performance also improved and roles and responsibilities of the community in education was made much more clearer. iv. My good leadership and understanding of project management has earned me success in delivering expected results within the scope and budget. This has been possible following constant project reviews to identify strengths and weakness and to evaluate operational effectiveness for each programme through timely budget preparation and monthly reports. vi. My natural ability to work well with other stakeholders in the government departments, community leadership structure, implementing partners has earned me good working relationships and successful project implementation. 2. Hygiene Assistant –International Rescue Committee, ECHO funded Project, Kyaka II refugee settlement, Kasese, May 2019- December 2019

The IRC ECHO funded project was an Emergency Programme focused on Epidemic preparedness, response and lifesaving health services and support to refugees and vulnerable host communities.

i. In my role as a hygiene assistant, I monitored, evaluated and documented all WASH facilities

& services in 6 health facilities in Kasese and 3 facilities in Kyaka II refugee settlement. ii. I trained over 300 IRC volunteers, refugee volunteers, health workers and support staff in 6 health facilities in Kasese in waste management, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), water testing, measuring chlorine for different purposes like drinking water, disinfection and hand washing at the triage and health facilities.

iii. I also presented WASH related challenges faced by most health facilities and recommended for assistance from the organization as part of improving IPC. iv. I conducted assessments using designed health questionnaires with patients, and the community. This assessment helped me to identify and measure our interventions in areas of improvement, challenges, behavior changes, opportunities, emerging trends and programme successes.

v. I also took charge of IRC inventory and stock at field office level in Kasese and ensured donated items were distributed accordingly to the different health facilities. This made it easier to plan, replenish and reduce bureaucracy which could delay logistics at the field office. 3. Assembly Line Operator, M-kopa Uganda Limited, Main warehouse, Kampala, Uganda, September 2016 to May 2019

i. I entered data concerning new shipment within the warehouse to track for replenishing. ii. I kept records of all kitted and faulty Televisions in the system which helped in monitoring stock levels.

iii. I participated in reverse logistics and entered stock into the system (EAB &AX). This increased stock turnover and created enough space for work. iv. I ensured correct and timely valuation of the inventory within the warehouse. v. I packed and unpacked, carried out stock take, stock verification and proper storage of materials, and any other duties assigned from time to time. vi. I supervised loading and offloading of stock under warehouse safety procedures, I also managed documents used in storage of stock within the warehouse. TRAININGS
