My educational background consists of an undergraduate degree from Temple University's College of Public health, followed by a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from St Joseph’s University. My educational background, supplemented with years of hands-on professional experience with public health administration in several of Philadelphia’s top healthcare institutions, have paved the way for me to be an optimal candidate for this position.

I am confident that my ambition, motivation to learn, background, and skillset will allow me to be successful in this position. My current role as a Human Resource, Communications, and Marketing Consultant with Spear Greenfield provided me the opportunity to branch out of the healthcare environment to further strengthen my leadership abilities. My previous role as Admissions Director at a Skilled Nursing Facility involved managing day-to-day operations of the healthcare business from both a clinical and business development standpoint. In this position I successfully planned, initiated, and facilitated events which provided an excellent return value to the company. I utilized my skills to maximize marketing ventures to increase census by 98% by coordinating with my personal professional network, hospitals, primary care providers, hospice companies, and families to successfully transition individuals into a rehabilitation health setting. Prior to this role I worked with Oak Street Health in Outreach, coordinating and marketing public Covid-19 Vaccination clinics under the Population Health director. Another notable experience I encountered was working with Innovage LIFE and NewCourtland, as an active member of the Quality Assurance team; I was recruited as an expert in process improvement and invited to participate in two Lean Six Sigma programs as well as travel to headquarters in Denver Colorado. All of my positions were in leadership roles which demonstrates the value I can bring to your organization.
