Work with recruiting team members to develop, implement and execute strategy for multiple requisition

Relief of receptionist for any breaks and substitute receptionist when she/he is not available. Aid front desk when extra help is needed

Create spreadsheets and other urgent letters being mailed out to employees or to the TXDPS or LSBPSE

Aid in our BSOAS Training Program, such as ensuring all required signatures, dates, initials and grade Level 2 Exam

Advice supervisors, managers, and S/O when security license is ready for pickup and help with the process of issuing the license

HR Receptionist

Responsible for answering multiple lines and helping every call to the best of my ability.

Help our daily applicants with the completion of application and ensure the proper window screening

Relieve front desk for lunch break.

Payroll Clerk

Process Direct Deposits for our employees.

Handle stop payments and reissue of checks, investigate fraudulent check cashing, reversals on direct deposits and conduct quality control on journal entries for accuracy.

Complete AP check request for outdated, mutilated and lost payroll checks.

Complete and receive confirmations on cashed or non-cashed payroll checks.

Aid with filing of salary employee’s timesheets, commission slips and bonus slips.

Enter employee counts for our south-central employees as well as for our south east employees monthly.

Back up for running our check process and distributing them to the proper branches.

Responsible for our regional office overnight mail and packages and ordering our federal express and lone star supplies.

Receptionist backup responsible for aiding our incoming calls.
