I have had around five years of experience working in customer service. I absolutely love helping people in need. I have worked in areas such as fast food, which include multi-tasking in the drive through, cleaning my surroundings, working as a cashier in a grocery store, working as a certified nursing assistant, working in a large corporate business known as Amazon as a member of the ICQA department (quality department) and lastly as a property manager at a facility called Ample Storage. I have received many raises, trained many coworkers, and lead as well. I was even in the position to be trained as a manager at Ample Storage before a new company bought out the business and let go of every employee and manager from the prior company. I am a team player but can be a team leader. I appreciate any opportunity to better my working experiences and hope to find a suitable and reliable new job.

I also received a promotion, which enabled me to use a company computer to identify the problems of our inventory bins, allowing me to correct an even larger amount of errors, while maintaining my accuracy. I would either do research for various ways to fix the issue or discard the item because the issue was unfixable. I also helped my coworkers with any issues that the came across and made myself a valuable asset to our management team.

Accomplishments:

•Out of several thousand employees, I managed to become a member of the Fab50, a highly regarded award among Amazon associates. This reward was region-wide and celebrated the top 50 associates in both quality and productivity, of their respective departments.
