Designing, implementing and commissioning of new control loops as per the site requirements.

Monitoring of Programs(Ladder Logics) for any issues related and respective corrective actions done accordingly.

Maintaining proper Utility Maintenance activities by planning periodic maintenance, proper log sheets, preventing measures.

Maintaining DG Sets in proper periodic maintenance and Maintaining critical spare to prevent Breakdown loss.

Preparing and Control Maintenance budgets in a proper way to run the process.

Planning proper stocks of the Components, so as to avoid less downtime for the machineries.

To participate in Safety Committee Meeting Per Month and the Points generated out of that meeting to be followed up and

ensure it is closed

Preparation of Monthly Reports on Maintenance Schedule / Break down / Preventive / spares etc..

To organise required spares as per the requirement by considering the lead time / cost / etc.

To carryout earth pit maintenance properly & Grid Resistance / Motor insulation
