Management of employees in a senior adult assisted living facility. Duties include the supervision of housekeeping, cooking, laundry, medication administrating, rent fees collected and recorded as received, physician's communications, pharmacy contacting, grocery shopping for facility, recordkeeping of the monthly budget, and overall building upkeep and maintenance, office duties requiring data entry, phone usage and faxes, and emails as well as entering daily data into company laptop.. Monthly inspections/ fire drills and safety inspections are done by administrator as well and recorded.
