Under the authority of Ministry of Housing (King Abdullah Housing Project Sharurah South Najran Region) The Dar Al Riyadh Consultants completed the 11 Zone Sub Road & Electricity Network.
To checking & approve Request for Inspection (RFI’s) as submitted by the contractor on daily basis.
Performs all duties and preparation of boundary survey, easements and descriptions.
Supervises a team of Land Surveyors.
Research legal records, look for evidence of previous boundaries, and analyze the data to determine the location of boundary lines.
Responsible for the Traverse worked for the entire project, corrected it, and approved it from the supervising authority before starting the work.
Responsible for the raising the natural land for roads, designing the road, connecting it to the rest of the streets, and then approving from the municipality.
Calculating the quantities for the project according to the natural lands and the design approved by the supervising authority.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
To Check & Approve Request for Inspection (RIF’s) as submitted by the contractor on daily basis.
Performs all duties associated with surveying, which include direction and preparation of boundary surveys, easements and descriptions.
Supervises a team of Land Surveyors.
Performing record research, construction stakeout, and boundary, topographic, transportation and utility surveys utilizing total stations and data collectors.
