AS a HSE manager my responsibilities are :

To allocate HSE officers at different locations.

To Implement the company HSE management system and site HSE plan.

To Follow up and tracking of HSE observation and inspections.

I am Attending daily,weekly and monthly internal and external meetings.

I do Participate in Management HSE walkthrough.

Verify Permit to work requirements.

Coordinate and provide necessary HSE trainings.

Near miss/incident reporting, tracking and investigation.

Coordinate third party lifting inspections.

Emergency planning, conducting and evaluation of drill reports AS a HSE supervisor and HSE officer I was responsibilities for :

• doing regular site inspection.

• Inspection of workers and equipment’s in the job site to ensure proper Safety procedures as per client’s satisfaction.

• Making daily reports regarding unsafe procedures in the jobsite, and preventive steps to avoid recurrence.

• To impart HSE Training, Induction & Orientation training, Tool Box Talk, Fire Safety, work at height, safe scaffolding,waste management Training to all the employees.

• To provide safety instructions to the employees.

• To check and evaluate the effectiveness of action taken or proposed to be taken to prevent personnel injuries.

• Inspection of work at height,lifting activities, confined space work,scaffolding, ladders, trenches and excavations to assure safety execution.

• Assist safety manager to organize weekly joint site inspection tour and safety meeting.

• Assist Safety Manager in HSE documentation work.

• To attend Client’s Safety Walk Through on weekly basis to check the condition of the safety at job sites.

• Ensures that company personnel observe and follows established safety guidelines.

• Attends regular department meetings to remain in line with comprehensive safety practices of the company.

• Assists in the conduct of fire and emergency drills.

• Prepare Job Safety Analysis ( JHA/AHA) and conduct pre job safety meeting for the critical operation.

• To assist the Safety Manager in co-ordination of safety activities.

• Making Risk assessments for all new activities .

• Making montly site HSE report .

• Coordination with the subcontractors Safety department from time to time regarding Safety matters.

• Attending subcontractor pre-deployment Safety orientation classes whenever they have new working personnel.
