Supervise and inspect all construction project activities and maintain targeted completion dates in coordination with site management, interorganizational departments, and multiple outside agencies and vendors. Monitor construction progress and as per PO, QAP, and technical specifications. Perform multi-stage testing and inspection of production and welder performance. Prepare Welding Procedure Specification (WPS). Conduct Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and welder qualification tests (WQT) as per API 1104 & SEC. IX. Present at review meetings in coordination with Fabrication Manager.

QA / QC Inspector, Unit 93 (4/2018 – 8/2019): Managed operations and quality control for modular structure and piping fabrication welds. Reviewed and compiled QC reporting; identified and resolved issues; and engaged with client. Reviewed all final ITRB and MRCB documentation.

Developed daily/weekly progress and quality control reports and improved progression of inspection stages; streamlined testing procedures, conducted PQR, and prepared WPS.

NTPC – 660MW SUPER CRITICAL BOILER PLANT, Bilaspur Thermal Power Plant, India Site Supervisor (9/2007 – 3/2008): Constructed 3 boiler plants capable of producing 660MW Super Critical Boiler. Managed erection of supports for the heavy wall boiler lines.
