Managing the accounting department under CFO, and responsible of all accounting cycles, and financial reporting as shown in the below details:

• Oversees, manages and maintaining accounting functions, bookkeeping, Taxation, and Internal controls

• Ensure full compliance with EAS/IFRS & Tax regulations, and maintain consistency relating to all financial matters.

• Review, Authorize and Post to GL all accounting transactions (AP, AR, cash and banks, Inventories, and fixed assets)

• Control and monitor company expenses against company policies and budget

• Monthly accounts reconciliation for all accounts and accruals

• Preparing monthly full set of financial statements (EAS – IFRS) and other MIS reports about varies profit centers across companies

• Provide Training & guidance to Accountants when needed

• Annual Budget preparation and Monthly variance analysis

• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
