Assure that the business side of the services operates smoothly through proper documentation.

To work in a variety of organizations through out Philadelphia in the area of Behavioral Health and Human Services. Early Intervention Specialist at Northeast Treatment Center providing education and prevention sessions associated with communicable illnesses. Case management on a one to one level.
During the case management sessions, I worked with the individual client to prepare a behavioral change plan to improve his/her lifestyle. Prevention Services allow the client to identify risky behavior that may place him/her at risk to relapse or get a communicable illness. I provide advocacy on behalf of the client where applicable. It is my responsibility to keep my client files in my office locked and updated with client information. I also act as liaison between clients and community-based organizations to promote needed services by either.
Philadelphia County Prisons- 1990-1994: Health Educator/Counselor and Training Specialist. Prison Supervisor, Mr. Louis Tanner Moore from The Aids Coordinating Office (AACO). For a period of four years I provided education & Prevention to the Inmate population. These educational workshops were given in seven prisons mainly to the Latino Inmates. Inmates requesting HIV testing were referred to, The Health Department Staff at the prison. While in this position The National Council of La Raza requested that I provide a workshop in Los Angeles to inform other Latinos in the USA of the status of the Latino Inmate
Health care while incarcerated, this was done under the supervision Miss C Paris.
