John has been employed with Liberty Mutual for 25 years. During his career he has held different positions in the claims with Liberty Mutual. He started out in 1994 with Liberty Mutual in West Des Moines, Iowa, handling claims in multiple lines of insurance. In 1997 he transferred to the Indianapolis office where he has held the roles of a Senior Case Manager and a Technical Claims Specialist II. He now works exclusively in handling workers compensation claims. Over the years he has worked with employers in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, service industry, coal mining and other industries. He has multi-jurisdiction experience in handling workers compensation claims in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland and Federal Black Lung claims. He is a licensed adjuster in Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky and Texas. He has completed the AIC designation. He has a Bachelors Degree in Finance with a minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
