• Develop and be responsible for scope of work (SOWs) for subcontract agreements

• Responsible for change order management for contract control for contractors and subcontractors

• Responsible for request for information(RFI) approval prior to submission to customer or designer

• Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities.

• Project accounting functions including managing the budgets, tracking team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project while maintaining good client relations.

• Ensure the construction activities move according to predetermined schedule.

• Devise the project work schedule and make revisions as and when need arises.

• Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the work.

• Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project which may include architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and field staff. • Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
