● Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration (In progress) – Fresno City College, Fresno, CA This role as a Senior Technical Recruiter covers the high tech and design build markets across the board in technical placement in the Silicon Valley and throughout the state, from Software Developers to key Project Managers, in hardware design, software design and systems support within leadership as well. In addition, design builds from a Civil Engineering and Construction discipline, at the level of Project Management and multiple levels in Engineering, from 5 to 20+ years of experience. Covering all facets of civil engineering from land development, transportation to water resources and in tech, programming, analysis through to project management placement also. Managing the process with the Owner from cradle to grave in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and once chosen the role of facilitating through the interview process and ultimately to offer happens within a complete candidate support function, this is executed through every search.
