The following is the list of my duties:

• Supervising process controllers and process operators, who also have their subordinates.

• Ensure a smooth running of the plants and also, responsible for four plants at the same time.

• Responsible for the safety of process controllers, process operators and plant attendant’s.

• Responsible for the training of process controllers, process operators and plant attendant’s and, ensuring that they are multi skilled.

• Taking disciplinary action when needed accordingly

• Using SYSPRO system for stores requisitions.

• Conducting safety meetings and tool box talks

• Conducting Plant Task Observations (PTOs) for each person in my team every month.

• Filling in a control manual every month to ensure that process controllers, process operators and plant attendants have enough tools and are in good working condition, the work area is safe and that safety equipments are in good working order e.g. Fire extinguishers, guards, walk ways, stairs, floors and buildings.

• Raising job card if there are any machines or building areas that need to be repaired.

• Taking decisions whether to stop the machine or not.

• Raising incidents and accidents reports when occurred.

• Communicating problems to managers.

• Entering production figures in the system for management. I am currently working as an Uber Driver. I transport passengers and goods. My qualifications are as follows:
