Led over 400-member, multi-disciplined team to develop, produce, and sustain the $5.4 billion Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) and JASSM – Extended Range (JASSM-ER) missile. Responsible for leadership and direction, customer engagement, strategic plans, domestic and foreign market expansion, and annual orders, sales and profit targets. In 2014, achieved full-rate production and fielding of the JASSM-ER doubling future production rates and acquired a third international customer increasing foreign orders by $70 million in 2015. Reduced unit cost of JASSM-ER by 40 percent in three years and developed a product upgrade strategy to increase sales.

Action officer for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF). Responsible to the undersecretary and the

Nunn-McCurdy cost breach. Worked closely with the three-star admiral and two-star general
program executive officers, the OSD staffs, military service staffs, and the JSF contractor to
restructure the program to meet warfighter needs and congressional certification requirements.
