Introduction
I am a Licensed Insurance Agent, with skills in insurance assessing, whether providing information about products, services, or pricing to insureds, and am fully competent explaining the policies and claims process thoroughly to provide the insureds reliable insurance. As well, I have my Texas Adjusters License, which is reciprocal in 46 States. I have my Kentucky Adjuster License as well. I can apply for any additional licenses if needed.
I have been trained in the insurance field with a multitude of knowledge as an Agent selling the product by providing reconstruction estimators for insured’s properties whether residential or commercial, to quoting the insured’s auto liability coverage, to quoting contractor’s commercial liability coverage, to quoting families life coverage, to quoting SR-22 auto coverage, to servicing the product as an Adjuster for claims made on the product and explaining to the insured what the policy does and does not cover in the event of a claim. As well, I have been trained on Microsoft Office and other functions such as Outlook to manage incoming emails. I have 20 years of experience providing extraordinary customer service, which is valuable when handling property and casualty claims.
