I have over ** years’ experience with staff management in service, hospitality and construction industries and with each position, I have made each company more profitable then when I began. Experience

Classic City Installation-

Director of Operations — 2017-2022

•Refined hiring process and assigned positions specific to their skillset that improved retention and results.

•Created the operations manual and kept current per changes in the industry or application for specific conditions.

•Created the tactics for each project in a dynamic environment to stay ahead of any challenges while maintaining a safe work environment.

• Lead-by-example approach with truck offloads, assembly, installation, and quality control in adherence to company policies and core values.

•Generated daily reports for expenses, labor hours, staff hours and overall project status that were submitted to Director of Operations, CEO and our respective client and stakeholders.

•Revised the pre-existing operations and procedures that became standard allowing for reduced payroll and greater efficiency.
