• Hire and train Admission Directors and Hospital Liaisons for nine Skilled Nursing Facilities

• Monitor and maintain census for all of the facilities

• Trouble shoot for the facilities with low census by marketing to the community

• Market to and in-service community vendors including: Hospital Discharge Planners, Social Workers, Physicians, Hospice Companies, Assisted Livings, Senior Housing, and Senior Centers
